I offer online / telphone counselling and therapy.
Benefits of online / telephone counselling and therapy
Convenience is a key aspect. You can have your session from any convenient place — on the web or mobile, all from the privacy of your device in your home or workplace or outdoors. You’ll save your precious time on commutes or take time away from work or school.
Effectiveness is what a lot of people report when they opt out for online therapy over traditional face-to-face therapy sessions. Many of my clients report improvements after just a few sessions.
Security is ensured by using WhatsApp or FaceTime end-to-end encryption, and I adhere to all professional and ethical client confidentiality practice.
Personalised considerations for online vs in-person therapy Choosing between online and in-person therapy involves considering individual preferences and circumstances. In-person therapy offers a tangible foundation for building trust and connection, while online therapy provides convenience and comfort. The decision should be based on personal preferences, with the option to transition between modalities as needed. Our priority is to tailor the therapeutic experience to support each individual’s journey towards healing and self-discovery.

How does online / telephone counselling or therapy work?
The format is the same as regular face-to-face sessions, except it’s on the phone or via mobile device or computer. You can choose to see me via the device or just have a voice conversation. No special software or equipment is required, only a phone or mobile phone or computer/tablet. Depending on how you want it and what mobile phone you have, you can choose between WhatsApp (Apple or Android phone/devices) or FaceTime (Apple/iPhone devices).
