Bozena Latek (MSc Addiction Psychology and Counselling) is an addiction therapist and counsellor as well as a mentor. She’s a member of BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy).
Bozena works in central London and specialises in addiction recovery for eating disorders, alcohol and drug dependence, as well as behavioural addictions such as gambling, love addiction, internet and gaming addiction/disorder and so on.
She also specialises in counselling for stress, anxiety, low-self esteem and depression.
She is also a specialist mentor to students on a variety of mental health, academic life and study issues. She works at the University of the Arts London (UAL) and University College London (UCL).
